Shipping & Returns

Every A.M.Y.Design product is made to order therefore we are unable to accept any returns unless faulty. 

We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, fit, colour, or differences of expectations. Please ensure sizes are chosen carefully as we are not able to return or exchange sizes. 

If you have received your product and found it to be faulty please contact us immediately for assistance. 

Shipping charges are only refundable if your item(s) ordered were faulty, unwashed, unworn and returned with original tags & packaging.

In the case of faulty or incorrect items, we will gladly accept returns and refund via the method of payment used. 

We custom make every CHILDREN’S CLOTHING AND WOMEN’S CLOTHING AND COMPETITION BIKINIS!

With your COMPETITION BIKINI your measurements are taken to suit your body size therefore we have a very strict NO REFUND due to change of mind. This includes if you decide not to compete. 

With ALL Women’s and Children’s clothing and accessories every item is also made to order therefore we are unable to accept returns unless faulty. 

We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, fit, colour, or differences in expectation. Please ensure sizes are chosen carefully as we are not able to return or exchange sizes.

 The Process

It will take 6 Days to process returns and alterations once your items have been recieved. All returns will be automatically processed for store credit. This will be all handled with via Email. Returns must be sent back within 14 days (21 days for international orders outside of Australia) of the customer receiving the order. If a return is sent outside of this time frame it will not be accepted.

All alterations will be performed within 5 business days for competition bikini’s.

Returns must be received in original condition as defined below:

- Unworn

- Unwashed

- Undamaged

- With tags & original packaging

If items are not returned in their original state as above they will be sent straight back to the customer. Please take due care when trying on your order. Please take care to not get makeup/deodorant/tan on the garment. For hygiene reasons please keep underwear on when first trying on your order. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable. 

For returns or alterations we will give you a return address via email.

It is HIGHLY recommended that you have a traceable delivery method for all returns. Make sure you INSURE items for safety so it is not lost or damaged in transit. We will not take responsibility for this.

 Product Display

Colours of the items can sometimes be different on many devices. We have worked very hard to show and display the accuracy of the colours of the items. We cannot guarantee that your device will display the colours to complete accuracy.

Shoes

WOMEN AND CHILDREN Heels/Flats may be returned for store credit only. Alternatively we can exchange for a different size, please contact us via email. This will also have a 14 day time frame (21 days for international orders outside of Australia).

* Returned items must be UNWORN (new) and in ALL of the original packaging. Please note that your shoes will be shipped back to you if not in this condition. 

* Original shipping fees are non-refundable and not included in store credit/refund.

International returns

For international returns-

Items must be sent back within 21 days of receiving your piece(s).

The items will not include shipping time in this 21 day period. You have 21 days from when you receive the product to when you send it back.

All refunds and exchanges will be communicated with via email. 

International returns must be returned in their original condition.

The items will be held by us until either return postage is paid or another agreement is reached.

If you are unsure if your items can be returned, or for any other inquiries, please email us .

For refunds on faulty items or incorrectly sent products, we refund you via the method you used to pay.

 SHIPPING

Once your order is finished being made & ready we will endeavour to send out all orders within 2-5 business days. Customers will be sent an email with tracking details once their order has been shipped. Unfortunately,  we cannot deliver to PO boxes. A person must be available at the specified shipping address to sign for delivery or it will be shipped to your local post office for collection. 

All Australian deliveries are made using Australia Post (usually takes 3-7 business days depending on the area). If no-one is available at the address specified when the deliver is attempted, your parcel will be returned to your local specified Aus Post centre and a  card will be left with details of how to arrange a re-delivery/collection. We recommend the customer must make time allowance for this as a precaution.

International deliveries are made using DHL (usually takes 5-21 business days depending on the area). If no-one is available at the address specified when the deliver is attempted, your parcel will be returned to the DHL dispatch centre and a card left with details of how to arrange a re-delivery – we recommend the customer must make time allowance for this as a precaution.

Customers will be sent an email with tracking details once their order has been sent.

DELIVERY TIMES

We shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery because a courier cannot gain access to the delivery address or because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Fraudulent Chargebacks/ Cyber Shoplifting

At A.M.Y Designs we have a zero tolerance for fraudulent chargebacks & cyber shoplifting. Anybody that commits this fraud will be reported to the police.

Bikini's

How to care for your bikini

Hand wash your bikini in lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Lay flat in the shade to dry.

DO NOT soak for longer than 5mins or expose to direct sunlight.

DO NOT DRY CLEAN

Wash your bikini as soon as possible after your competition. If the tan is left on the bikini for extended periods of time it will increase the likelihood of the tan staining the fabric and crystals.

Store your bikini in a carry case or box. Please ensure the connectors are lying as flat as possible to avoid any breakages.

Women's and Children's Clothing

Items are to be hand washed in cold water with a mild detergent. DO NOT SOAK.

In between wears we recommend spot-cleaning any marks on the tulle, or a very gentle cold handwash if absolutely necessary. 

All of our garments can be steamed, though we recommend a moderate temperature and a safe distance of about 15cm between the garment and the steamer.

All of our items have embellished with hand-embroidery, beading and sequins. Embellishments should not be exposed to a steamer under any circumstances. This could cause them to melt or oxidise, depending on the individual beads or sequins.
